The HP LaserJet P4015 is a workgroup monochrome laser printer built for large office environments. With its compact size of 16.5×17.7×15.5 inches, it will fit easily into any office environment. It has a hefty weight, though, of 56.9 pounds, which could be a little difficult for one person to move around. It has the ability to produce up to 225,000 pages each month, which will definitely fit the needs of large offices, if not exceed them.

Many media types are compatible with this laser unit, like cards, recycled paper, bond paper, transparencies, envelopes, plain paper and labels. Windows and Mac are the only operating systems it is compatible with, and USB and ethernet connections are both supported. Wireless printing is not featured, which could be a major drawback for some offices, but networking does come standard.  The P4015 also offers a 500-sheet input tray and 100-sheet output tray.

When using the HP P4015 toner, up to 52 pages can be printed each minute. For a laser printer that is so small and compact, these speeds are quite impressive. It also has a first page out time of only 8.5 seconds, which means you won’t have to waste much time waiting for the machine to heat up and start working. These LaserJet P4015 toners can also reach resolutions as high as 1200×1200 dpi. This means that whenever you print, you will b printing documents with high quality that will sharp and precise.

The one black HP P4015 toner needed for printing has a high page yield of 10,000 pages, which makes it quite a steal for its low price. If you need even higher page yields, though, high capacity versions of the LaserJet P4015 toner cartridges are offered as well that can yield up to 24,000 pages. These will last even longer, however, the price increase is significant.
